Account Deletion Request
Welcome. This platform allows you to request permanent removal of your GridCode account and associated data from GridCode servers. Please read all instructions carefully.
This action is permanent and irreversible
Deleting your GridCode account will immediately and permanently:
- Remove your profile, including your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
- Erase your entire search history, favourites
- Cancel any active subscription and forfeit any remaining paid period
- Remove you from all shared locations, journeys, and panic contact lists
- Invalidate all QR codes and share links associated with your account
- Remove your enterprise association, if any
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Your Gridcodes will become unassigned. If you have an active paid subscription, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
I understand that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All my Gridcodes, data, and account history will be permanently deleted.
I understand that any active subscription will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be provided for the remaining billing period.
I confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account I am requesting to delete and I am making this request voluntarily.
